Tatefully Simple Artichoke & Caper Chicken

So, I've been cooking a lot lately, but haven't had leftovers because we've had company!  Don't get me wrong, it was worth it!  I love entertaining!

So, I had no idea what to make today.  I hadn't made it to the grocery store yet, but I did have some frozen chicken in the freezer and some pre-made Tastefully Simple Crock Pot Artichoke and Caper sauce in my pantry I had received as a gift from my friend Kathie. (Thanks again Kathie!)

I cooked my chicken too long so it was dry, but if I hadn't it would have been awesome!  The flavor of the sauce was WONDERFUL!  If you need help finding a Tastefully Simple consultant, shoot me a message!  I know a few!  I simply served this over pasta.

Tastefully Simple Artichoke & Caper Sauce

Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (Mine were frozen)
1 jar Tastefully Simple Artichoke and Caper Crock Pot Sauce

Directions:
Place the chicken in the Slow Cooker insert and pour the sauce over the top.  Cook on LOW 6-8 hours.

Serve over pasta or with any of your favorite sides!

Enjoy!
