1 cup Steel Oats (found in the same place as regular oatmeal)
1 cup Craisins
1 cup dried blueberries
4 cups water
1/2 cup milk (I used 2% lactose-free)
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
Place all ingredients in the Slow Cooker insert and stir.
Cook on LOW for 8-9 hours or HIGH for 5-6.
