Leftover Turkey Chili

I LOVE using up my leftover turkey!  I love finding more and more creative ways to use it.  You can only eat it the "traditional" way so many times!  And it's too good to just throw out, so cut it up and pop it into your freezer so it's ready to cook with when you are!

The temperature here plummeted about 20 degrees in the last day, so I felt like something warm.  Chili....mmmmm!  I had a lot of left over turkey, so Turkey Chili it was!  I raided my pantry and only used stuff I had around the house.  Chances are, you'll have most of, if not all of this stuff on hand too!  It smelled delicious cooking and it tasted wonderful!  I think you'll really enjoy it!

Leftover Turkey Chili

Ingredients:
1 1/2-2 cups chopped leftover cooked turkey (or use ground turkey!)
1 large onion, chopped
1 can kidney beans, drained

1 14.5 oz. can Diced Tomatoes
3 oz. Tomato Paste
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 beef bouillon cube
1 cup water

Directions:
In the bottom of your crock, place the chopped turkey and onions.

Add all the remaining ingredients.
Stir.

Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or on HIGH for 4-5 hours.
