Oh my goodness! This soup was AMAZING!
Most likely, you've probably seen tomatillos in grocery store before and wondered what the heck those little guys were! I'm here to tell you, they are pure deliciousness!
They're those little green tomatoes with a paperish wraper around the outside. If you've ever had the "green salsa," you've had tomatillos! They are so tasty and refreshing and make this soup a real "knock-out!"
