I used the CorningWare for my Chipotle Strawberry Jam Cream Cheese Spread.
(Spread two blocks of almost room temp. cream cheese on the bottom of your CorningWare. In a pan, saute 1 diced onion with two diced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Add about 1 cup of strawberry jam, turn the heat down and let thicken a bit. Pour it over the cream cheese. Serve warm or cold! Both ways are delicious!)
I used the Bamboo Insert to display our cheese!
