Italian Balsamic "Gravy" - Gluten-Free

The. Best. Sauce. Ever.
I've made several pasta sauces over the years, but THIS is the BEST!
Mmmmmmmmmm...........
It's no secret I love Balsamic Vinegar.  It is the absolute secret to making this sauce OVER THE TOP good!
Better than how good this is, is how easy this is!
I call it "Gravy" because that's what pure Italians call only their best sauces! :)
I used my 360 Cookware to make this, but don't worry, you don't need it to make this just as good.

P.S.  I LOVE this over Spaghetti Squash and some fresh avocado diced up on top!  Delish!

Servings: 8-10

Ingredients:
2 onions, chopped
4-6 cloves garlic, minced
14.5 oz. can fire-roasted tomatoes
14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
12 oz. can tomato paste
28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions: (Use a 3 Quart or larger slow cooker for this)
Soften the 2 cups chopped onions and minced garlic. (Skip this step if you need to.)
Add in all the diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes and tomato paste.
Add in the balsamic vinegar and pepper, salt and Italian seasoning.
Give it a stir.
Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, or on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
(If you have the 360 Cookware Slow Cooker, cook on 4 for 3 hours.)
Enjoy!
